BBC hijab poll: Vote against the hijab ban This poll has been on the BBC website for sometime now. However there seems to have been a swing in opinion as 95% have voted against the ban on hijab (as of today 3rd January 2004, 22:57). At one stage only about 54% were against this ban. Polls can have a huge effect on the public mindset and hence we urge you to take part in this.
