Ref: The return of Arabophobia

Thank you for this fabulous, courageous and greatly needed article highlighting the pressing issue of Arabophobia/Islamophobia. It is pleasing to know that we have journalists who go beyond the myths and are willing to encounter stern opposition and criticism.

Unfortunately Arab & Islam bashing has become quite fashionable these days, especially within the journalistic circles.  It seems however that the majority of journalists do not realise that such reporting has far more serious implications and it belies their imagination. This includes physical attacks on Muslims (mainly Muslim women), vandalising of mosques, firebombing the houses of Muslims and other such acts perpetuated as a result of this misinformation campaign.

We hope that more journalists follow this example of objective journalism and we look forward eagerly to more articles from you.
